The Cattleman's Licensed Restaurant has been voted the best restaurant west of the Blue Mountains. Our Master Chefs ensure that every experience in our restaurant is of the highest standard.

Our menu is also available for those wishing to dine in the privacy of their own rooms - it's as easy as calling room service!

The restaurant is also open for breakfast from 6:45am until 9:30am and has a huge selection of continental and cooked breakfasts.

You can enjoy a quiet drink at our restaurant bar before settling in to the beautiful surrounds overlooking the lights of the city of Dubbo.

Being so popular, the restaurant has opened up from 150 seats to 300 seats.

The restaurant can be cordened off to allow for private functions such as weddings or conferences. (More information can be found in the conference section.
